With us, you can find varieties such as Geisha, Java, Tabí, Pink Bourbon, Yellow Bourbon, Cidra Bourbon, Ají Bourbon, Orange Bourbon, Pacamara, and Laurina among others, with different types of processes such as washing, honey, natural and anaerobic, aerobic fermentation, prolonged and with microorganisms that manage to highlight an exclusive profile in each variety.

Quality is a pillar of our company, that is why we diligently care for the selection of good farms and grains from crop development to harvest.

Coffee Lab

We have a laboratory for physical and sensory analysis of coffee, located in Pitalito – Huila. Here, we check each lot before sending it to the final customer, verifying yield factor, fragrance, aroma, and cup sensory profile.

Quality Control

In each batch, we verify that the variables are in optimal condition. We check physical quality, cup score, humidity, density, and water activity. This way, we are sure that the coffee beans will arrive in optimal condition.
