Franky pertenece a la tercera generaci\u00f3n de una familia cafetalera. Su abuelo empez\u00f3 con 45 hect\u00e1reas de cultivos mixtos, y su padre plant\u00f3 2000 \u00e1rboles de caturro en 10 de ellas, sentando las bases de su tradici\u00f3n cafetalera.<\/p>

Con el tiempo, Franky asumi\u00f3 un papel activo en la finca y se capacit\u00f3 en producci\u00f3n, fertilizaci\u00f3n, cataci\u00f3n, tueste, habilidades de barista y marketing. A trav\u00e9s de la fermentaci\u00f3n, encontr\u00f3 el camino para crear perfiles \u00fanicos y llevar el caf\u00e9 de la finca El Encanto, a una altitud de 1620 msnm, al siguiente nivel. Hoy, lidera el proyecto con la visi\u00f3n de que su trabajo y pasi\u00f3n se reflejen en cada taza.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
