This guarantees that every coffee bean arrives in optimal condition, preserving its full potential.

1. Lot Samples

When a client requests a coffee, we ask the producer for a sample.

2. Physical Analysis

We verify the physical quality of the beans.

3. Measure variables

We measure variables such as moisture, density, and water activity.

4. Sensory Analysis

We ensure the cup profile matches the client’s request.

5. Pre-shipment Samples

We send the client a sample of the lot before export.

6. Hulling and Packaging

The coffee is hulled, graded to 0–25 standard, and packed according to the client’s requirements.

7. Export and Arrival

We export the lot in containers or by air to the country where the coffee is requested.
